Formerly Three Sale,Inc (and DBA International Trading Services company) WCBD in cooperation with business partners and business network, restore approved and internationally accepted air services, assist in the restoration of existing airports and seaports; design and construct new infrastructure as may be required. Assist in construction of new roads to facilitate the efficient movement of cargo between airports and seaports. Arrange for the procurement of locomotives for the development of railroad systems; and assist in construction of new rails. Promote successful partnership and investment opportunities between American businesses and overseas countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America.
